Making Movie Magazine for my Trailer

Firstly, i took a picture of Ethan, who features as the stalker in my trailer, and placed it into photoshop taking out the background of the image so that i can place in a new background. I also placed a black and white effect over this image and experimented with different techniques to get a dark, shadowed effect. 

I used many different tools in the process of editing this photo and taking out the background, the main tool i used was the 'Magnetic Lasso Tool'. This allowed me to edit the photograph neatly and precisely ensuring there was no rough edges that may have made it look unprofessional and not up to a good standard.
